I reserve the right to use my artwork for personal purposes, such as for portfolios, posts on my social media, etc. You may post the commission to your own social media with credit. Tag me if possible, and if not, link to my page. Estimated completion time is a month, but it will depend on the commission itself and personal circumstance.I maintain the right to refuse your request for any reason, including if the drawing is in progress, in which case you will be refunded according to my refund policy. You are not allowed to use my artwork to promote hatespeech or similar causes. Nobody is authorized to use my artwork for NFTs, modify them with AI, use them to train AI databases, or any other sort of interaction with generative AI. If you break these terms, I will not accept more commissions from you.Commissions will be completed in the order of my preference, whether it be due to things going on in my personal life or the difficulty of the commission. Commissioning me first does not guarantee you will get your commission before somebody else. Commissions are estimated to take about a month, but may take longer depending on personal circumstances, my workload, and the process of the commission itself. You can pay a rush order fee for me to deliver the art before a certain deadline or for me to prioritize it over other commissions, but it will cost an extra amount dependent on the price of the commission.You will be updated on the commission progress and sent work in progress screenshots of your commission thus far so I can change anything if need be. Please inform me of any changes necessary as early as possible. Changes in the last stages will cost extra.COMMERCIAL USE
If you intend to use my art commercially in things such as album covers, to be displayed in a videogame, in advertising, etc., I will charge two (2) times the price. (This does not count things like use for thumbnails in independent fully free content not tied to brand deals.)I will charge three (3) times the price if the art itself is gonna be sold (in prints, shirts, stickers, posters, etc.)REFUND POLICY
100% refund:
• You ask for a refund before I have started the drawing.
• I cannot finish the order due to a problem on my part.50% refund:
• You give up on your order during an early stage. (For example, the sketch phase in the case you commissioned me for a colored drawing.)No refund:
• The commission is finished.
• I am late into the process. (For example, if I have finished the lineart on a colored illustration.)INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You are not allowed to claim my art as your own. Credit to me must be given when sharing commissioned art, preferably in the form of a mention (@) if possible, or otherwise a link to any of my social medias or VGen.If sent with a watermark, you are not allowed to remove it unless you have paid for the .psd file or for its use as a commercial item. Please discuss the specifics with me before attempting to mess with the watermark.PRIVACY POLICY
I, Joy, will never share your personal information with anyone. Any collected information will only be used for me to identify you. Things such as the name on an account used to pay me will be kept entirely secret, and you must not disclose my own. However, as these transactions and commissions are being conducted online, I cannot guarantee the full safety of your information, and while I will do most things in my power to keep your information safe, the risk of third parties collecting information by circumventing me is still there.CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
As of the moment of writing this, I am a novice when it comes to offering commission services. Therefore, these terms of services are subject to change regularly as I gain experience and must specify edge cases. If you wish to commission me regularly, please review the terms of service repeatedly.
